Main shop

Our main repair facility is based in Cooks Creek, Manitoba just outside of Winnipeg. Our shop features two overhead cranes with combined lift capacity of 50,000 lbs. This allows us to disassemble and work on any crane. Our repair team is experienced in boom inspection and repair, as well as crane mechanical repair and electrical service.

We are committed to using original equipment on all projects and have long standing working relationships with most manufacturers in the industry. Did we mention we can work on any size crane – Our facilities are second to none!

Prep Area

We have a specialized 30′ x 55′ shop set aside for for sanding and paint preparation.

Paint Booth

We have developed our own painting system and are able to restore individual parts for practically any crane right in our 55′ x 20′ wide paint booth. We rely on Endura High Performance paints and coatings to ensure every project we work on will remain protected in the harshest of environments – our Canadian winters! Endura’s long lasting coatings will protect your investment for years to come.

When working on larger cranes we disassemble each rig into separate components before the clean up process begins. We then work on every piece, completing repairs or parts replacemen as required. After sand-blasting, and painting in our fully ventilated clean room, parts are allowed to cure before reassembly.

Certified inspectors are brought in to review all equipment repairs and restorations.
